Client Responsibilities
As a client of FBA Prep Center, you are responsible for:

2.2 Compliance with Policies: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of Amazon, including their FBA program policies and guidelines.

Liability
3.1 Confirmation by Amazon: Once your products have been received and confirmed by Amazon, Sales Tax Free FBA Prep Center shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising thereafter.

3.2 Non-Refundable Payment: All payments made to Sales Tax Free FBA Prep Center for the provided services are non-refundable. In the event of any cancellation or termination of services, you will not be entitled to a refund for any fees already paid.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, related to FBA Prep Center's services or materials provided by us shall remain the property of FBA Prep Center or their respective owners. You agree not to use, copy, modify, or distribute any materials without prior written consent from FBA Prep Center.

Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding payments or obligations incurred prior to termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties
FBA Prep Center provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FBA Prep Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Billings, MT.
